Germany: Inflation highest in 40 years

 Inflation rates in Germany are witnessing unprecedented highs in over 40 years, with inflation at 7.3 percent higher than March 2021, according to official figures.

Deutsche Welle (DW) reported that prices for everyday commodities saw a 2.5 percent increase compared to February, as experts attribute the sharp increase to the global rise of crude following the Ukraine crisis.
