These contracts spanned the food industries, hotels, cement industry, and communications sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The directorate handled 18 labor disputes since the beginning of the year. Of these, 14 were resolved through direct negotiation, one through the conciliation delegate stage, and another reached a resolution at the labor court stage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dahmasheh explained that labor disputes in the private sector undergo four stages of resolution, as outlined by the Labor Law. The first stage involves a conciliation delegate from the ministry. If a satisfactory solution is not reached, the dispute advances to the second stage, which involves the intervention of the minister. The third stage is handled by the conciliation council, headed by the ministry.
