A number of Jordanian media professionals from government agencies on Tuesday visited the House of Representatives of the Netherlands and attended part of its deliberations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The visit was part of a two-stage training course sponsored by Shiraka, a Netherlands-MENA partnership, focusing on public communication skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The trainees received a brifeing from a Dutch lawmaker on the cycle of policy and decision making in the European nation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The first phase of the program included theoretical and hands-on training on government communications and change management, technology and youth engagement, media relations and training, and passive communication during crises.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Shiraka Training Program (STP) is part of the Shiraka Program, developed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support a sustainable democratic transition in the MENA region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \/\/Petra\/\/ AA<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" shahennews A number of Jordanian media professionals from government agencies on Tuesday visited the House of Representatives of the Netherlands and attended part of its deliberations.
