Gaza: 12 COVID-19 deaths, 1,038 cases recorded

 The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, on Tuesday, announced that it had recorded 12 deaths and 1,038 new cases from the COVID-19 during the past 24 hours.

In the daily report on the COVID-19, the Ministry indicated that 3,284 tests were conducted, adding that 1,723 patients have recovered from the virus.

The total number of cases in the Gaza Strip, the ministry stated, reached 98,887 infections, including 14,846 active cases, while the total number of recoveries hit 83,172, and the death toll reached 869. The total number of cases requiring medical care in hospitals reached 355, of which 269 are in critical condition.
