MoH recommends using face masks without filters

Monday, the Health Communication and Awareness Directorate (HCAD) at the Ministry of Health called on citizens to not use face masks that contain filters.

In a post on their official Facebook page, the HCAD said that international health institutions have recommended not to use face masks that contain filters, noting that these face masks are inefficient in preventing the transmission of the coronavirus.
