China sees 21 new coronavirus cases

 China on Wednesday recorded 21 new coronavirus infections over the last 24 hours, compared to 10 of the day before, according to the National Health Commission (NHC).

Among the new cases, 2 were locally transmitted in Yunnan province, the NHC noted.

The commission said that it had received reports of 90,541 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in the Chinese mainland.
