PM issues Communication No. 5

Sunday, Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh issued Communication No. 5, which aimed at implementing the General Budget Law and the Budget Law of Government Units for the Fiscal Year 2021.

This comes to ensure the implementation of the General Budget Law and the Budget Law of Government Units, in a manner conducive to achieving national goals and priorities, enhancing the efficiency of operations and procedures for controlling public finances, and reducing any violations or irregularities that may result when implementing the general budget, and with the aim of providing the necessary financial and technical data.

According to the report, all government ministries, departments and units need to get the PM’s approval prior purchasing cars and furniture.
