MoH offers tips for healthy Ramadan fasting

the Health Communication and Awareness Directorate at the Ministry of Health (HCAD) provided a number of tips to support a safe fast during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The HCAD called on citizens to keep a healthy diet during Ramadan and drink plenty of water.

Additionally, it called for avoiding smoking, unhealthy meals and sugar-rich foods.

The HCAD lastly stressed the need to stay active during Ramadan and get enough sleep.
