Gaza: 8 new coronavirus deaths, 1,292 cases

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday announced that 8 new coronavirus fatalities and 1,292 new cases were recorded during the last 24 hours.

In a daily brief on COVID-19 in the coastal enclave, the ministry said that some 857 new coronavirus patients have recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 63,393.

“The total caseload reached 84,579, including 20,484 active cases and 702 deaths,” the ministry added.
