India reports 145,000 COVID infections, 794 fatalities

 More than 145,380 COVID-19 infections and 794 fatalities were recorded in India Saturday, according to the United News of India (UNI).

The UNI said that close to 77,560 people recovered from the highly contagious disease, as the total number of recoveries nears 12 million.
