Government hopes to reopen sectors this summer

Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh Monday said that all the necessary measures have been taken to secure adequate amounts of basic commodities at reasonable prices, during a meeting at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply.

The Prime Minister said the government is doing all that it can to avoid imposing a total lockdown and hopes to reopen sectors this summer.

He expressed the government’s appreciation for the private sector and its role during the pandemic and current difficult circumstances.
