UK reports 5,310 COVID-19 infections, 33 fatalities

More than 5,310 COVID-19 cases were recorded in the UK Sunday, pushing the caseload to some 4.3 million, according to the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).

The highly contagious respiratory disease killed 33 people in the last 24 hours, as the death toll stands at 126,155, the DHSC added.
