Gaza\1 new COVID-19 death, 298 cases

 Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday has reported one new death and 298 new infections from the novel coronavirus during the last 24 hours, indicating the highest tally since easing the measures imposed to curb the virus.

In a daily COVID-19 report, the ministry said that 2,130 lab tests were conducted in Gaza, adding that 134 additional cases have recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 54,755.

“The total caseload reached 57,614, including 2,291 active cases and 568 deaths,” the ministry added.
