Two dead, another injured in car crash in Amman

Two women passed away while another was injured Sunday after their vehicle crashed in the Salihiyat al-Abid area in the capital, an official announced.

Spokesperson of the Public Security Department said the rescue crews of the Civil Defense Department east of Amman administered first aid to the injured woman, who suffered multiple fractures, wounds, and bruises. The woman is in critical condition, the rescue crews noted.

The deceased were transferred to the Bashir public hospital, the spokesperson added.
