Israeli army kills teenage Palestinian in occupied West Bank

Israeli troops shot and killed a 17-year-old Palestinian west of the town of Salfit in the northern West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

It said in a statement that the young man was struck by several bullets at an intersection west of Salfit, killing him instantly. It said soldiers stood nearby and did not provide aid to the youth, leaving him to bleed to death on the side of the road.
