Health Minister: COVID-19 vaccination process proceeds smoothly

Minister of Health, Nazir Obeidat, on Wednesday said that the national COVID-19 vaccination process is proceeding smoothly.

During an inspection visit to a vaccination center, Obeidat told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that all vaccination centers have been linked to two operations rooms in the Ministry of Health and the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management, in order to receive notes and inquiries about the vaccination process.

“The vaccination program kicked off in 29 centers around the Kingdom, according to a plan announced by the ministry to vaccinate about 5,000 people a day,” he added.
