2 Jordanian citizens in Israeli prisons free from Covid-19: Foreign Ministry

The Foreign Ministry on Monday, said that Jordanian citizens, Munir Marei and Muhammad Abdel Fattah Musleh, who are being held captive in Israeli prisons, are in good health condition, as medical tests that they went through showed that they were free of Covid-19.
The Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv followed up on their health condition, and relevant Israeli authorities confirmed that they were isolated because they were in contact with coronavirus-infected people and did not show symptoms, and that their general condition is good, and that the recent tests conducted on them proved that they were free from the novel virus, the ministry said Monday in a statement.
The ministry added that it constantly following up, through the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv, on all citizens’ affairs in Israeli prisons, to support them, preserve their legal rights and provide them with the necessary consular care.a
