Autumn-like weather to prevail across Kingdom

A slight drop in temperatures today is forecast to bring fair autumn weather in most parts of the Kingdom, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, with northeasterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Autumn-like weather will continue to prevail across the country on Wednesday, while it will stay relatively hot at the Dead Sea, and in Aqaba and the Jordan Valley, with clouds at low altitudes and northwesterly winds, the JMD added.
Mercury levels will climb again on Thursday, but moderate weather will continue to prevail nationwide.
Temperatures in Amman will hover around 31C degrees during daytime, dropping to 16C degrees at night, while the mercury levels in the port city of Aqaba will range between a high of 35C, and a low of 22C, showed the JMD report.
