Mauritania’s health authorities on Thursday announced that 22 new COVID-19 cases were registered over the last 24 hours, raising the caseload in the country to 7,425.

The Mauritanian News Agency quoted the ministry saying that the coronavirus death toll stood unchanged at 161, adding that the total number of recoveries reached 7,028.
