Sudan: 8 new coronavirus deaths,164 infections

Sudan’s Ministry of Health on Sunday reported 8 new deaths and 164 new cases from the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours.

The Sudan News Agency (SUNA) quoted the ministry’s statement saying “the epidemiological reports confirmed that the overall number of COVID-19 infections, since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country, climbed to 8,580 cases, along with 521 deaths.”

“Some 3,325 patients have recovered,” it added.
