Army chief receives US military official

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lit. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, on Tuesday received Lt. Gen. Thomas W. Bergeson, Deputy Commander of United States Central Command, and an accompanying delegation.

Freihat and Bergeson discussed the latest regional and international developments, and prospects of military cooperation and coordination on issues of mutual interest between the two countries.
