King receives U.S. military official

His Majesty King Abdullah II Tuesday received Lt. Gen. Thomas W. Bergeson, Deputy Commander of United States Central Command, and discussed with him military cooperation and the regional and international efforts to combat terrorism within a holistic approach.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, and the U.S. Charge d’Affaires.
