Signing Ceremony – A Strategic Marketing partnership between The Land International Investment and Real Estate Development Company and SFI Real Estate in Jordan

An agreement was signed today in Amman on Tuesday, 2/10/2018; announcing a joint venture between “The Land International Investment and Real Estate Development Company” represented by the Deputy CEO “Mr. Kamil Najib Fakhoury” and “SFI Real Estate Company” ,that is Regionally known in the Real Estate Marketing field , represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors “Mr. Saad Fathallah Akhdeer” And the CEO of the company “Mr. Qais Ghazi Abu Tayeh” for the marketing and selling of distinctive residential unites known as “Dabouq 170”.
This project will be located on a unique spot on the west of Dabouq. Specifically, on the opposite side of King Hussein’s Mosque. Furthermore, an international boutique hotel that offers all integrated hotel services will also be built alongside with the residential project which will Mark & register Famous International Hotel Chain
It is worth mentioning that the work of the project will start in the spring of next year. However, booking and sales will start within a month from now and on the basis of the most accurate in terms of charts and designs. This project is considered as the first phase for The Land company in Dabouq, which will add a contemporary residential concept with distinctive services and a quiet environment characterized by spectacular views.
The Land has gained a lot of experience over the years in the Real Estate Development field internationally. It should be noted that The Land company is a part of The Land Holding, which has established several projects in the region; including, Palestine, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus and Jordan.
