Jordan industrialists join forces to rescue the economy

With the current economic challenges Jordan is facing, 18 successful businessmen has joined forces for the upcoming elections for the Industrial chambers with a forward thinking economical program. A solid plan is formulated to rescue the Jordanian industrial sector and the economy in general from the challenges it is currently facing.

The alliance has started with a press conference on Wednesday the 26th of October at the Landmark Hotel in Amman. The Industrialists discussed and explained their program and action plan to the media.

The announcement included the backing of all major industrial conglomerates in Jordan and has encouraged them to run for the Amman and Jordan Chambers of Industry elections set to take place in November.

The program covered major changes to the chambers of industry’s direction and approach towards changing the current economic situation.

The alliance is headed by 18 industry leaders, which are spearheaded by Mr. Nabil Ismail as the head of the alliance, Eng. Mohammad Ennab, Dr. Eyad Abu Haltam, Mr. Adnan Ghaith, Mr. Subhi Jabri, Eng. Raja Al-Alami, Eng. Elias Kawar, Mr. Zakaria Alfakih, Mr. Hussain Jazzar for Amman’s chamber of industry board elections. For the Jordan Chamber industrial sectors, Mr Ibrahim Siyam, Eng. Ahmad Al biss, Eng. Ahmed Melhem, Eng. Ihab Qadiri, Eng. Saed Stetieh, Mr. Abdulhakim Zaza, Eng. Abdelwahab Abdeen, Mr. Mohammad Saoudi and Mr. Mohammad Shahin.

It is worth mentioning that the candidates will be meeting all of the chamber’s general assembly on Wednesday the 3rd of October to discuss the details of their program and get feedback from the chamber’s members based on their

challenges and suggested solutions
