Global Oil Derivatives Prices Decline in 3rd Week of July

Oil derivatives prices have declined in global markets during the third week of July compared to the preceding week, as reported by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

According to data released by the ministry on Tuesday, the price of octane (90) gasoline decreased marginally from $787 per ton to $786, marking a decrease of approximately 0.1 percent. Meanwhile, the price of octane (95) gasoline remained stable at $829 per ton.

The price of diesel witnessed a reduction from $699 per ton to $691, reflecting a decrease of about 1 percent, while the price of kerosene dropped from $761 per ton to $750, also showing a decrease of about 1 percent.

Similarly, the price of fuel oil decreased from $514 to $504 per ton, indicating a decline of 2 percent. The average price of liquefied petroleum gas for July remained unchanged from June, standing at approximately $569 per ton.

Regarding Brent crude oil, its price decreased from $87 to $86 per barrel, marking a decrease of about 1 percent.
