Israel shells several sites in Gaza

 Israeli artillery and warplanes early Monday bombed a number of Palestinian resistance posts in the Gaza Strip, but no casualties were reported, according to Palestinian sources.

The sources said that the occupation jet fighters fired a number of missiles at a resistance post west of Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces shelled an observation point of the Palestinian resistance, north of Beit Hanoun, and several other points east of Al-Qarara town, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern part of the coastal enclave.

For its part, the resistance factions responded to such attacks by shelling the Israeli settlements near Gaza border.
