King: We proud of Moroccan national team’s achievement

His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein congratulated King Mohammed VI and the Moroccan people on the Moroccan national team’s achievement during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

His Majesty said in a tweet on Twitter, Thursday: “We are proud of what the Moroccan national team has achieved of an unprecedented global football achievement in the Arab world. Congratulations to my dear brother, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and the brotherly Moroccan people. And to the Atlas Lions, your ally for success in the coming days.”

It’s noteworthy that France beat Morocco 2-0 in the semi-finals last night.
