Emir of Qatar receives Energy Minister

Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on Sunday received ministers of electricity and energy from Arab countries participating in the seventh general conference of the Arab Union of Electricity, currently being held in Doha.

The Emir of Qatar received Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Saleh Kharabsheh, as well as Ministers of Energy and Electricity of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen and Djibouti, the Qatar News Agency said.

Sheikh Tamim welcomed the Arab ministers, wishing them success in their conference, which would contribute to strengthening joint Arab cooperation in the fields of energy and electricity.
