shahennews

Warm weather is forecast to remain on Tuesday in most parts of the country, with clouds at high and medium altitudes and northwesterly moderate winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Wednesday will see another rise in mercury levels to become 5-6 degrees above annual average, bringing relatively warm weather with clouds at medium and high altitudes, and southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, stirring dust in the Badia and causing low-horizontal visibility.

On Thursday, a depression centered over Turkey is expected to affect the Kingdom, pushing temperatures down with cloudy skies, rain and westerly strong winds, the JMD added.

The maximum and minimum temperatures in Amman today will hover around 19 degrees Celsius, dipping into 7C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a fair 26C, dropping to 14C during night hours.
