Iraq’s parliament speaker receives Jordanian parliamentary delegation

 Iraqi Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Halbousi on Wednesday received Lower House Speaker Abdel Moneim Odat and an accompanying delegation, which started a four-day official visit to Baghdad.

During the visit, the delegation will hold official talks with Al-Halbousi on ways to strengthen Jordanian-Iraqi parliamentary ties as well as cooperation in various domains.

The Jordanian delegation will also meet with a number of heads of Iraqi political blocs and committees.
