Temperatures on Wednesday will be around their annual average, so normal summer weather will prevail in the highlands and the plains, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
In a daily weather brief, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) warned of fog formation over the northern mountains, direct exposure to sunlight in the desert, the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, and of poor visibility in the Badia areas due to dust.
Thursday and Friday are expected to bring in similar weather conditions, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD said.
The highs in Amman and other highlands across the Kingdom on Wednesday will range between 29 and 33 degrees Celsius, dropping at night to 21C or even 17C in the southern highlands.
In the Gulf city of Aqaba, it will be much hotter with mercury reaching a high of 41C and a low of 29C.
