US reports 734 new coronavirus deaths

The death toll from the novel coronavirus in the United States has reached 115,347, after recording 734 new fatalities in the last 24 hours, according to a running tally by the Johns Hopkins University early Sunday.

The total number of the COVID-19 confirmed cases in the US, the world’s most affected country by the pandemic, has surpassed 2 million, the University’s figures showed.
