Moderate conditions forecast over weekend

SHAHEEN NEWS- Moderate weather conditions are forecast on Friday in the hilly regions and the plains, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Later at night, pleasant conditions are forecast across many parts of the Kingdom and fair in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the JMD added. Similar conditions are forecast on Saturday.

Maximum temperatures in Amman for the coming three days will reach a high of 30 degrees Celsius and a low of 17. Mercury levels in the northern region will record a high of 29 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 16 degrees, while it will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba where thermometers will soar to 37 degrees Celsius, sliding to 25 degrees at night.
