A gradual rise in temperatures is expected across Jordan in the coming days, following relatively cool weather in most areas on Sunday.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, conditions will remain warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with scattered clouds at various altitudes. Light rain showers may occur in the northeastern Badia and limited parts of southern Jordan in the afternoon, while winds will be moderate northwesterly.
On Monday, temperatures will become milder in most areas, with relatively warm weather continuing in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. The department reported a chance of light morning rain in the northeastern Badia and parts of southern Jordan. Winds will remain moderate northwesterly.
A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday, bringing mild weather to most regions and warm conditions to the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be light southeasterly.
Another slight increase in temperatures is forecast for Wednesday, with similar weather patterns persisting and moderate southeasterly winds.
The department’s report indicated that today’s maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to range between 18-9 C in East Amman, 16-7 C in West Amman, 15-6 C in the northern highlands, 14-5 C in the Sharah highlands, 20-10 C in the Badia regions, and 18-9 C in the plains.
In the Jordan Valley, temperatures will reach 25-14 C in the north and 27-15 C in the south, while the Dead Sea and Aqaba will see highs of 26 C and 25 C, respectively.
