PM orders reconsideration of teachers referred to “early retirement”

 Prime Minister Bishr Khasawneh on Sunday directed Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education, Muhammad Abu Qdais, to reconsider some individual cases of teachers referred to “early retirement” or those whose pensions have been affected during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The PM’s directive comes in light of the Ministry of Education’s continuing need for educational cadres.
