Cabinet relieves maritime shipping firms from fees

 The Cabinet on Sunday decided to relieve vessels owned by maritime shipping companies registered with Jordanian Maritime Commission from fees due on them for closures in 2021.

According to a Cabinet statement, the decision aims to help these companies overcome the fallout from the Coronavirus pandemic, and to enable them to sustain their business and preserve their staff, similar to other sectors.
