أشادت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية بالتصريحات الجريئة التي ادلى بها مقرر الأمم المتحدة الخاص بحقوق الانسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة مايكل لينك، التي وصف فيها سلوك إسرائيل الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال بأنه “يمثل إهانة” للقانون الدولي الحديث.
وقالت دائرة حقوق الانسان والمجتمع المدني في منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية في بيان لها اليوم الأحد، ان ما أدلى به لينك يمثل دليلا ساطعا على المخالفات المستمرة والانتهاكات المتواصلة التي ترتكبها سلطة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق الشعب الفلسطيني بكل فئاته.
وأضافت، ان إشارة المقرر الخاص إلى العقبات التي يواجهها الفلسطينيون في النظام القانوني الإسرائيلي، بما يجعل حصولهم على العدل والانصاف بعيد المنال هو “تأكيد على تسييس النظام القضائي والقانوني الإسرائيلي لصالح سياسات حكومة اليمين المتطرفة”، مشيرة الى أن تصريحات لينك تصلح لتشكل مرافعة قانونية دامغة لإدانة اسرائيل ومحاكمتها امام المحاكم الدولية المختصة.
