صادقت محكمة التمييز على حكم لمحكمة أمن الدولة يقضي بوضع شاب متهم بالترويج لداعش بالاشغال المؤقتة مدة اربع سنوات .
ووفق قرار محكمة التمييز فان المتهم الشاب اخذ بمتايعة اصدارات التنظيم منذ عام 2017 وعملياتهم العسكرية عبر شبكة الانترنت من خلال صفحاتهم الرسمية، مما ادى بالنتيجة الى قناعة المتهم بالتنظيم وتأييده لهم،واعتقاده بالنتيجة ان هذا التنظيم على حق وانه يمثل الدين والشريعة .
واستنادا لقناعاته اخذ يروج للتنظيم على أصدقائه ومعارفه عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بقصد كسب مزيدا من المؤيدين والمناصرين لذلك التنظيم ،الى أن جرى القبض عليه في ايلول الماضي.
وجرمت محكمة أمن الدولة المتهم بجناية الترويج لافكار جماعة ارهابية (داعش) وقررت وضعه بالاشغال المؤقتة مدة اربع سنوات .
لم يقبل المتهم بالحكم فطعن به أمام محكمة التمييز ،لافتا في أسباب طعنه أنه أمي ولا يجيد القراءة والكتابة ولم يستخدم الشبكة المعلوماتية او الفيس بوك ولا يقوم باستخدم وسائل اتصال اجتماعية .
وقالت محكمة التمييز في حكمها أن المتهم اعترف أمام الضابطة العدلية اعترافا واضحا ومفصلا، ولم يرد ما يدحضه او يناقضه ،كما أن النيابة العامة قدمت البينة على صحة وسلامة الظروف التي أديت فيها هذه الافادة وتحققت من توافر الاركان القانونية للجرم الذي جرم به المتهم .
