ونحن الان في العطلة الصيفية ومن الطبيعي ان تجري وزارة التربية والتعليم تغيرات في هذا الوقت لتصحيح بعض الأخطاء والخلل الحاصل في مدارسنا سواء الحكومية او الخاصة، الا ان الانتقادات كثيرة لآلية عمل وزارة التربية والتعليم وتعاملها مع ادارات المدارس، حيث لا يمر يوم الا وهناك انتقاد من ذوي الطلبة يتعلق بقضية معينة سواء من حيث التدريس او الرسوم او آلية التعامل محملين وزارة التربية مسؤولية الانفلات والتجاوزات في بعض المدارس مطالبين الوزارة ممثلة بكافة القائمين عليها تحمل مسؤولياتهم تجاه الطلبة الذين هم امانة في اعناقهم الا انهم في نفس الوقت يقفون بالمرصاد لكل تغيير او تبديل او عملية تنظيم تقوم بها الوزارة بهدف مصلحة الطلبة اولا واخيرا وهذا يبدو جليا عند بداية العام عندما تبدأ الوزارة باتخاذ اجراءات ملموسة على ارض الواقع هدفها مصلحة الطلبة والمعلمين على حد سواء، وتعمد الى اجراء تغييرات وتنقلات بين صفوف المعلمين ومدراء المدارس “اناثا وذكورا” (وذلك بهدف اجراء تغيير ايجابي على الطلبة) واول خطوة تتبعها إجراء عمليات نقل هذا المدير او المعلم من مدرسة الى أخرى، وهذا لا يعني انه ليس كفؤا او متهاونا ولا يؤدي رسالته التعليمية بالشكل المطلوب بل انها عمليات تغيير وتبديل وضخ دماء جديدة في المدارس ويمكن ان يكون القادم افضل، هنا تبدأ الاحتجاجات والتذمرات من الطلبة وذويهم، فلماذا نرفض هذا المعلم او ذاك ونحن لا نعرفه او لم نتعامل معه؟ علينا ان نعطيه الفرصة ليقوم بدوره ويؤدي رسالته يسانده بذلك اولياء الامور الذين هم اكثر الفئات حرصا على مصلحة ابنائهم، الاعتراض ورفض التغيير (من الطرفين) لمجرد التعصب والتمسك بشخص اومكان معين لا يجدي نفعا بل جربّ ثم اعترض وهذا بحد ذاته يمكن ان يحسن من وضع مدارسنا وخاصة الحكومية التي اقل ما يقال عن بعضها انها وكر للمنحرفين واصحاب السوابق وليست مدارس تربية وتعليم، فمتى كان الطالب اوالمدرس يختار مدرسته الكل يقع عليهم واجب اداء الامانة باخلاص وتفان ايا كان موقعهم وعلى الطالب ان يجد ويجتهد ليصل لهدفه ولا يلتفت الى امور ليست في مصلحته لان الايام وحدها والسلوكيات يمكن ان تبين الغث من السمين والصالح من الطالح لذلك اعطوا المسؤولين فرصة ولا تحبطوهم وتعيقوا عملهم، لان الكثير من مدارسنا وخصوصا الحكومية (ذكور)بحاجة إلى دماء جديدة مخلصة حازمة تؤدي الأمانة بكل ما لديها من طاقة وابداع لذا ساعدهم ولا تحبطوهم وهم لم يبدأوا بعد” لتعودوا بعدها لانتقادهم
