تعد آثار “حب الشباب” المتمثلة بالندبات من المشكلات الجلدية المزعجة التي يعاني منها كثيرون، وخصوصا أن التخلص منها ليس بالأمر السهل.

وأشار الموقع إلى عدد من الأغذية التي تؤدي إلى ظهور “حب الشباب” بناء على أبحاث ودراسات طبية عديدة:
1- الحبوب الكاملة والسكريات: يميل الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حب الشباب إلى استهلاك المزيد من الكربوهيدرات المكررة، التي تعتبر بصفة عامة سيئة على الصحة.
ووجدت أبحاث أن الأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة عالية من الكربوهيدرات المكررة (الحبوب الكاملة والسكريات) تؤثر على نسبة السكر في الدم ومستويات الإنسولين.
ويقول الخبراء إن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين المستويات الزائدة للإنسولين وحب الشباب.
2- منتجات الألبان: توصلت العديد من الدراسات إلى وجود صلة بين منتجات الحليب وظهور حب الشباب لدى المراهقين، حيث وجدت أن الذين يشربون الحليب أو يتناولون الآيس كريم بانتظام كانوا أكثر عرضة للإصابة بحب الشباب بأربعة أضعاف مقارنة بغيرهم ممن يتناولون تلك الأغذية بوتيرة أقل.
3- الوجبات السريعة: يرتبط حب الشباب بالنظام الغذائي الغني بالسعرات الحرارية والدهون والكربوهيدرات المكررة، حيث أن البرغر والبطاطا المقلية والصودا واللبن تزيد من خطر ظهور حب الشباب بشكل كبير.
4- الأطعمة الغنية بـ”أوميغا 6″: الأنظمة الغذائية التي تحتوي على نسبة كبيرة من زيوت الذرة وفول الصويا، وهي غنية بدهون أوميغا 6، تدفع الجسم إلى حالة تهيج التهابية، مما يسرّع من ظهور حب الشباب.
وفي المقابل، فإن تناول الأطعمة الغنية بـ”أوميغا 3″ مثل السمك تقلل من مستويات الالتهاب.
5- الشوكولاتة: تعد الشوكولاتة من مسببات حب الشباب، إذ وجدت دراسة حديثة أن الذكور الذين يستهلكون 25 غراما من الشوكولاتة الداكنة يوميا معرضون بشكل أكبر للإصابة بالمرض الجلدي.
6- مسحوق البروتين: “بروتين مصل اللبن” (Whey Protein) مكمل غذائي شهير غني بالأحماض الأمينية، التي تسرع وتيرة نمو خلايا الجلد، وتجعلها تنقسم بشكل أكبر، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى ظهور حب الشباب.
