– أحالت وزارة الصحة 4 مؤسسات طبیة إلى النائب العام، فیما أغلقت 39 مؤسسة مخالفة خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي، وفقا لمدیر مدیریة الترخیص والمھن الصحیة الدكتور ناصر الخشمان.
وقال الخشمان بحسب صحيفة الغد إن المدیریة وجھت إنذارات لـ86 مؤسسة صحیة، خلال الفترة نفسھا، بسبب عدم التقید بأحكام قانون الصحة العامة والتعلیمات الصادرة والأنظمة المعمول بھا، مضیفا أن المدیریة ”تلقت 31 شكوى تمحورت حول زیادة في قیمة الفاتورة العلاجیة، وعدم وجود ترخیص لمؤسسات صحیة، وعدم استصدار تصریح مزاولة
عمل للعاملین في المجالات الصحیة وفق القانون“.
وأشار الى ضبط ”عمال وافدین یعملون في مستشفیات ومؤسسات صیدلانیة، ومراكز وعیادات ومختبرات أسنان ومختبرات ومراكز طب عام وطوارئ ومراكز متخصصة دون الحصول على مزاولة مھنة وفق الأصول“، وتمت إحالتھم وأصحاب تلك المنشآت الى الجھات المعنیة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونیة بموجب قانون الصحة العامة وتعدیلاتھ.
یشار إلى أن مدیریة ترخیص المؤسسات الصحیة في الوزارة تمنح إصدار تراخیص مزاولة المھن الصحیة وترخیص المؤسسات الصیدلانیة، والمستشفیات الخاصة، والمختبرات الطبیة الخاصة، ومراكز الطب العام والطوارئ (24 ساعة)، إضافة إلى ترخیص عیادات ومراكز ومختبرات الأسنان، ومراكز المھن الصحیة الأخرى كالطب الطبیعي والتأھیل، ومراكز
السمعیات، والاستشارات الغذائیة وغیرھا. وبلغ عدد الجولات التي اجرتھا المدیریة، منذ بدء العام الحالي 42 جولة صباحیة ومسائیة للرقابة على المنشآت الصحیة والطبیة.
وشدد الخشمان على ان المدیریة احالت العام الماضي 66 مؤسسة طبیة الى النائب العام وأنذرت 130 مؤسسة وأغلقت 658 مؤسسة اخرى بسبب مخالفة قانون الصحة العامة، لافتا الى ان وزارتھ مستمرة في الرقابة على المؤسسات الصحیة.
