بدوره أشار الحلو إلى حرص جامعة الزرقاء على مد جسور التعاون مع جامعة اليرموك والاستفادة المتبادلة بين الجامعتين، وإمكانية إجراء البحوث العلمية في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يعود بالنفع على الجامعتين ويسهم بالارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية ومخرجات الجامعات الأردنية بشكل عام.
