دعا وزير الصحة الدكتور سعد جابر رؤساء الاختصاص في الوزارة الى ايلاء التعليم والتدريب جل الاهتمام لتعزيز الجهود التي تبذل لتحسين مدخلات برامج الاقامة للحصول على مخرجات ذات جودة عالية تنعكس ايجابا على مهنية الاطباء ورفع كفاءة الخدمة الطبية التي يقدمونها .
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع الدكتور جابر اليوم السبت في مبنى الوزارة مع رؤساء الاختصاص بحضور الامين العام الدكتور حكمت ابو الفول ومساعده للشؤون الفنية ومديريات الصحة الدكتور عمار الشرفا وتناول الاجتماع جملة من القضايا والمسائل ذات الصلة بالاختصاصات الطبية الفنية والادارية .
وقال الدكتور جابر ان الوزارة تسعى بجهود جميع كوادرها الى تقديم مستوى جيد من الخدمة الصحية في المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية وزيادة القدرة الاستيعابية في اقسام الخداج والعناية الحثيثة .
واضاف ان الموارد البشرية تشكل الركيزة الاهم والرافعة الاقوى لبلوغ هذا الهدف ولا بد من رفع مستوى تأهيل الكوادر وتدريبهم عبر عمل مؤسسي وبرامج تعليم وتدريب واضحة محددة ومدروسه وتمتلك مقومات الاستمرار والديمومة والشمولية لجميع الكوادر في مواقع العمل كافة وبعدالة وانصاف.
ودعا في هذا السياق رؤوساء الاختصاص الى اعداد البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية المناسبة واجراء مراجعة تقييمية للبرامج القائمة لتعزيز الايجابيات وتلافي جوانب الضعف والهنات فيها.
وطلب الدكتور جابر الى رؤوساء الاختصاص وضع برامج عمل محددة لتنقلات اطباء الاقامة وتدويرهم مؤكدا تقديم كل الدعم لتطوير الاختصاصات الطبية وتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لتقدمها.
واشار الى ان الوزارة ستعمل على تعزيز ميزانيتها للابتعاث لايمانها بأن التعليم الطبي هو الطريق الامثل للنهوض بالقطاع الصحي .
وشدد الدكتور جابر على اهمية التزام الجامعات بالاتفاقيات المبرمة معها وذلك من شأنه تحقيق اهدافها لاطراف المعادلة الطلبة المتدربون والمستشفيات والمرضى الذين يتلقون الخدمة الطبية.
