Israeli forces arrest 15 Palestinians in West Bank

Dozens of Palestinian teachers and students from the Hebron elementary School in the West Bank city of Hebron on Sunday suffered suffocation due to inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli forces, according to a Palestinian source.

School principal, Adnan Danna, said in press remarks that Israeli soldiers fired dozens of tear gas canisters towards the school during the morning assembly, causing suffocation among students and teachers.

“Some of the cases were described as severe, and a number of injured were transferred to the Al-Muhtasib Hospital in Hebron for treatment,” he added.
