عبّر مدرب المنتخب الوطني الاردني فيتال بوركلمانز عن ارتياحه لقرعة تصفيات الدور الثاني المؤهل لكأس العالم 2022 ونهائيات آسيا 2023، والتي وضعت منتخب النشامى في المجموعة الثانية الى جانب استراليا والصين تايبيه والكويت ونيبال.
وقال فيتال انه يثق بقدرة النشامى على تخطي المجموعة الثانية نحو الدور الحاسم من التصفيات.
واضاف في تصريحات نشرها موقع الاتحاد الاردني لكرة القدم : علينا ان نواجه استراليا مرة اخرى.. لكنني سعيد بنتائج القرعة، ويجب ان نقدم افضل المستويات طوال التصفيات لتحقيق هدفنا، وانا اثق بالنشامى وقدرتهم على العبور للدور الحاسم.
وسُحبت القرعة ظهر الاربعاء 17 تموز في العاصمة الماليزية كوالالمبور، حيث وزعت المنتخبات الـ40 على ثماني مجموعات، بواقع خمسة فرق في كل مجموعة، على ان يتأهل صاحب المركز الاول وافضل اربعة منتخبات تحتل المركز الثاني الى الدور الحاسم من التصفيات المونديالية الذي يقام بمشاركة (12) فريقاً، مع ضمان تواجدهم تلقائياً في نهائيات الصين 2023.
ويبدأ المنتخب الوطني مشواره في البطولة في 5 ايلول المقبل خارج القواعد بلقاء الصين تايبيه، ثم يستقبل الكويت في 10 تشرين الاول بالعاصمة عمان، قبل ان يتوجه الى نيبال لمواجهة اصحاب الارض بعد خمسة ايام.
ويستكمل النشامى طريقه في التصفيات 14 تشرين الثاني بلقاء استراليا في عمان، ثم استضافة الصين تايبيه بعد خمسة ايام، على ان يتوقف المشوار حتى 31 اذار من العام القادم بلقاء الكويت خارج القواعد، ثم نيبال 4 حزيران قبل السفر لمواجهة استراليا في سيدني 9 من الشهر ذاته.
يذكر ان المنتخب الوطني يستعد حالياً للمشاركة في بطولة غرب آسيا والتي تبدأ 30 الجاري في العراق، كمحطة رئيسية تسبق بدء التصفيات المونديالية.
