اجرت الجمعية الوطنية لحماية المستهلك دراستين لبيان الكلفة الحقيقية لتصنيع الألبان في المصانع والمنازل.
وقالت الجمعية في بيان صحفي امس الثلاثاء:
إن الدراسة الاولى اكدت ان مقدار السعر الذي يجب أن يباع به الكيلو غرام الواحد من اللبن يبلغ دينارا واحدا على الأكثر باعتبار ان الحليب المستخدم في صناعة اللبن هو حليب طازج 100 بالمئة، بينما دلت الدراسة الثانية على أن كلفة تصنيع الكيلوغرام الواحد من اللبن منزليا يبلغ 62 قرشا على الأكثر.
وقال رئيس الجمعية الدكتور محمد عبيدات:
إن حماية المستهلك استعانت في عملية التقدير الكلي لكلف انتاج الكيلوغرام الواحد من اللبن بمجموعة من الخبراء في مجالات الإدارة المالية والمحاسبة والاقتصاد وسلوك المستهلك بالإضافة الى آراء بعض الخبراء العاملين في المصانع الخاصة بالألبان وربات البيوت.
واضاف أنه تم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع الكلف التي تدخل في صناعة الألبان التي يتم تصنيعها في المصانع من سعر الشراء للكيلو غرام من الحليب الطازج، وهو 42 قرشا في الحد الاعلى، وكلف تصنيع اللبن باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة وتكاليف التعبئة وتكاليف التسويق والترويج وكلفة الايدي العاملة.
وتابع: كما أظهرت الدراسة مقدار ربح المصنع لكل كيلوغرام واحد من اللبن وايضا مقدار عمولات أو ارباح تجار التجزئة وكلفة الطاقة ومقدار الهدر الذي يحدث في عملية التصنيع يضاف الى كل هذه التكاليف نسبة الضريبة المفروضة على هذا القطاع البالغة 10 بالمئة.
