تشغل قضیة استیراد المنتجات الزراعیة، الكثیر من تجار الخضار والفواكھ، خصوصا بعد قرار وزارة الزراعة بحظر استیراد بعض السلع الزراعیة من دول معینة، فیما تؤكد الوزارة أنھا استوردت نحو 340 ألف طن من الخضار و152 ألف طن من الفواكھ، خلال العام الماضي.
وقال مدیر التسویق والتجارة الدولیة في وزارة الزراعة أیمن السلطي إن الوزارة ”حققت وفرا مالیا یُقدر بحوالي 138 ملیون دینار، ما بین عامي 2016 و2018 ،جراء تخفیض فترة الاستیراد“.
وأوضح، في تصریح صحفي خاص لـ“الغد“، أنھ یسمح باستیراد منتتجات تكمیلیة، فضلا عن السلع التي یوجد بھا نقص في الإنتاج المحلي، وأھمھا البرتقال الكلمنتینا واللیمون.
وتابع السلطي أنھ تم خلال العام الماضي استیراد 10 آلاف طن من مادة البصل، فیما وصلت المملكة خلال العام الحالي مرحلة الاكتفاء الذاتي من ھذه المادة، بینما تم استیراد الجزر بكمیات قلیلة، وكذلك تقاوي البطاطا والبطاطا التصنیعیة، والتي بلغت حوالي 32 ألف طن.
وأشار إلى أن الأردن یستورد مادة المانجا، حیث لا یوجد إنتاج محلي لھذه المادة، في حین نستورد كمیات قلیلة من ”الجوافة“
وتعقیبا على قرار وزارة الزراعة، قال عضو جمعیة مصدري الخضار والفواكھ زیاد الشلفاوي إن المقصود بالسلع المحلیة، والتي ترفض ”الزراعة“ استیرادھا، ھي تلك السلع المتوفرة محلیا في الوقت الراھن كالحمضیات، حیث تتوفر في السوق بأسعار مناسبة.
وأوضح أن دخول بعض الأصناف من الخضار أو الفواكھ، ”یتم عبر ”البحارة“، مھربو البضائع عن طریق المعابر الحدودیة البریة)، مؤكدا أن ذلك ”لا یتم عن طریق تجار ومستوردي الخضار والفواكھ“.
وأشار الشلفاوي إلى أن ”المنع یجب أن یطبق من المعابر الحدودیة، ولیس من خلال الأسواق المركزیة للخضار والفواكھ“، مبینا أن الأصناف المسموح باستیرادھا حالیا ”تكون غیر متوفرة في السوق المحلي، ومن أجل تخفیف الأسعار على المواطنین“.
بدوره، أكد نائب نقیب المھندسین الزراعیین نھاد العلیمي أن قرار وزارة الزراعة من شأنھ ”دعم المزارع الأردني، وإتاحة المجال أمامھ للمنافسة محلیا“.
وقال إن قرار حمایة المنتجات الزراعیة الأردنیة سیسھم في دعم وتطویر القطاعات الزراعیة المنتجة، وتوفیر ھذه المنتجات للمواطن الأردني بكمیات وأسعار مناسبة، ما یشكل دعما حقیقیا للأمن الغذائي المحلي.
وثمن العلیمي قرار وقف استیراد المنتجات الزراعیة المحمیة محلیا، وكذلك المنتجات الزراعیة التي ینتجھا المزارع الأردني بكمیات وفیرة تغطي حاجة السوق المحلي.
یُشار إلى أن ”الزراعة“ قد فرضت مؤخرا حظرا على استیراد بعض أصناف الخضار والفواكھ من عدة دول، من ضمنھا سوریة، بھدف حمایة منتجات الأردن الزراعیة، مؤكدة أن التعلیمات لا تسمح بإدخال المنتجات الزراعیة، إلا من خلال إتمام إجراءات تراخیص الاستیراد اللازمة، وضمن الشروط والقوانین.
كما شددت على أنھا لن تسمح بإدخال أي محصول بشكل عشوائي یؤدي إلى المساس بالمحاصیل المحلیة. (الغد)
