موضحا” انه قد وصله العديد من الشكاوي من متقاعدين عسكريين عن قيام جامعة البلقاء التطبيقيه بإيقاف تسجيل شاشات ابنائهم الذين يدرسون تحت بند مكرمة الجسيم ، بعد ان تبين للدائرة المالية انهم خرجوا عن دفتر عائلة والدهم ، مستغربا ان يتم تطبيق القرار بأثر رجعي ؟!! و مطالبتهم برسوم سابقة كانوا قد حصلوا على اعفاء منها بموجب نظام الجسيم ، و تعليق شهاداتهم!
حيث بلغت مطالبة الجامعة بحق احدى الطالبات قرابة ٧٠٠٠ دينار ؟!! في الوقت الذي لم يطبق هذا القرار من قبل ! و كذلك فهو غير مطبق في معظم الجامعات الحكومية الاخرى …
و كانت الجامعة قد استندت حديثا” في ذلك الى قرار محكمة التمييز بحق طالبه جسيم لصالح جامعة اليرموك عام ٢٠١٦ ، اَي قبل ٣ سنوات…!
هذا وقد وجه أبو رمان نداءا الى الفريق الركن محمود فريحات رئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركه ، من اجل أنصاف طلبة الجسيم من ابناء المتقاعدين العسكريين و لتعديل النظام اذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلكً..
فيما اكد أبو رمان وقوفه الى جانب الطلبه و انه سوف يسعى الى تدخل اللجنة الطلابيه و التعليم في مجلس النواب اذا استمرت الجامعه في رفض تسجيل المواد للطلبه، و اضاف ان حق الزوجه في التعليم لا يجوز انتقاصه و ان ذلك مخالف لمبادئ الانسانية و الشرعية ، و كما ان الجسيم هو حق مكتسب حصلت عليه قبل زواجها و لا يجوز بأي حال حرمانها من مكرمة ملكيه ، و كذلك الشباب الذين هم حاليا على مقاعد الدراسات العليا ((الماجيستير)) ، و انه كان يجب اعتماد النظام قبل الدراسه و ليس بعد ان تم إعفائهم واتموا الفصول حيث انه اصبح حق مكتسب ، مطالبا” بعدم تحميل الطلبة فوق استطاعتهم ، خاصة في ظل الظروف المادية الصعبه التي يعاني منها المواطنون و كذلك المتقاعدون العسكريون.
