أعلنت السلطات المصرية، الثلاثاء، توقيف 8 أشخاص، بينهم رموز وشخصيات يسارية وأخرى محسوبة على جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين”، بزعم “تورطهم في مخطط لضرب اقتصاد البلاد”.
وقالت الداخلية المصرية، في بيان، إن القبض على الثمانية جرى في إطار “استهداف 19 شركة وكيانا اقتصاديا تديره بعض القيادات الإخوانية والعناصر الإثارية بطرق سرية لضرب الاقتصاد الوطني بمصر”، فيما تبين أن 4 من المقبوض عليهم رموز وشخصيات يسارية ناشطة.
ومن أبرز الموقوفين، حسب البيان، زياد العليمي النائب البرلماني السابق وعضو الهيئة العليا للحزب المصري الديمقراطي الاجتماعي (يساري)، وحسام مؤنس، القياغدي اليساري والمتحدث السابق باسم حملة الانتخابات الرئاسية لحمدين صباحي في 2014، والصحفي اليساري البارز هشام فؤاد.
كما أوقفت السلطات أيضا الناشط العمالي اليساري حسن بربري، وأسامة عبد العال العقباوي عضو اللجنة العليا بحزب الاستقلال (إسلامي – تحت التأسيس)، إضافة إلى اثنين متحفظ على أموالهما بتهمة “الانتماء لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين” وهما رجل الأعمال مصطفى عبد المعز والخبير الاقتصادي عمر الشنيطي.
وأشار بيان الداخلية إلى أن الموقوفين “عُثر بحوزتهم على أوراق تنظيمية وخاصة بالمخطط منها مالغ مالية كانت معدة لتمويل بنود المخطط”، دون تفاصيل.
ولم يتسن الحصول على تعقيب فوري من محاميي الموقوفين.
ويزعم ناشطون إن السلطات الأمنية باتت تستخدم تهمة الانتماء للإخوان كـ”وسيلة لملاحقة المعارضة”، لكن القاهرة تؤكد مرارا أن القضاء المصري مستقل ونزيه.
