أغلقت فرق الرقابة الصحية والمهنية في أمانة عمان خلال الأسبوع الأول من شهر رمضان المبارك 12 محلاً تجارياً مخالفاً بالعاصمة لوجود مخالفات وافتقارها للاشتراطات الصحية.
وقال مدير دائرة الرقابة الصحية والمهنية في الأمانة الدكتور خالد الحنيطي ان الفرق نفذت 900 جولة ميدانية تفتيشية، أتلفت خلالها 7095 لترا من العصائر والمشروبات و 1272 كغم من المواد الغذائية غير صالحة للاستهلاك البشري، ووجهت نحو 95 مخالفة لمحال لا تلتزم بالاشتراطات الصحية، و126 انذارا، و22 إيقافاً عن العمل، و34 كشفاً صحيا، وتم جلب 145 عينة غذائية منها 34 عينة عصائر لغايات الفحص المخبري، بالإضافة إلى معالجة الشكاوي الناجمة عن إحداث مكاره صحية.
ويركز برنامج عمل الدائره الصحية والمهنية في أمانة عمان خلال الشهر الفضيل على تشديد الرقابة على بيع العصائر والمحال التي تعرض مواد غذائية على الرصيف العام تكون قابلة للتلف ولا تستوفي الشروط الصحية امام المستهلك. وستواصل امانة عمان أعمال الرقابة والحملات التفتيشية طيلة أيام الشهر الفضيل على المنشآت الغذائية والأسواق والمجمعات التجارية في كافة مناطق العاصمة لضمان صحة وسلامة المواطن بالتأكد من سلامة المواد الغذائية وطرق تخزينها وتداولها للمستهلكين.
وأشار الحنيطي الى أن الأمانة شكلت 104 فرق للرقابة الصحية ضمن خطتها الرقابية خلال شهر رمضان المبارك وجرى تقسيم عمل مفتشي الصحة في المراكز على فترات عمل صباحية ومسائية لتوفير الرقابة الصحية على كافة المنشآت الغذائية والأسواق والملاحم من خلال حملات التفتيش الدوري للتأكد من سلامة الأغذية المعروضة في الأسواق والمجمعات التجارية وتحقيق الانضباط للأسواق خلال ايام الشهر الفضيل.
ودعت أمانة عمان المواطنين الى اختيار مصادر الغذاء الآمنة والموثوق فيها وعدم شراء الوجبات الجاهزة من مصادر غير معروفة وعدم شرائها قبل موعد تناولها بساعات طويلة مما يجعلها عرضة للفساد
